For groups of 3–3,000 locations

Run twelve restaurants like one.

One login, every location. Sales, labour, prime cost and a real P&L across the whole estate — and a GM who sees their own store without seeing the group's money.

The three problems that only appear above three locations

Twelve sets of definitions

Location four treats comps differently from location nine. By the time it reaches a spreadsheet nobody can see which — so the league table ranks your accounting, not your operators.

Nobody owns the middle

The GM sees their store. You see the group. Nothing sees the region — which is exactly where overtime accumulates and nobody is totalling.

The spreadsheet has one author

It is beautiful, it is maintained by one person, it is two weeks behind, and when they are on holiday the group flies blind.

One platform, three altitudes

Access is decided at sign-in, not by hiding buttons. A session is bound to a role and a named list of stores before the page renders — which is the only version of access control that survives someone typing a URL, and the only version a franchisee will accept when their numbers sit in the same database as their neighbour's.

Access is granted by email address with no account required first — the grant binds the first time that person signs in. Every grant, revoke and permission change is written to an audit log with timestamp and actor.

Questions at this size

We are 4 locations. Too small?

No — three is where the value starts. Below that, cross-store comparison has nothing to compare and we would rather tell you now.

We are 40 locations. Too big?

Possibly. Above roughly 25 most groups want a data warehouse and a solutions engineer, and there are products built for that. We would rather say so than sell you something that fits badly.

Can franchisees keep their numbers private from each other?

Yes. Scope is per store and enforced at the session, so a brand can be given group reporting across the locations that have agreed to it and nothing from those that have not.

Do all our locations use the same POS?

They do not have to. PAR is certified today and runs our live twelve-store pilot; beyond that the test is capability rather than brand — if a system exports sales and timeclock data it can be connected. Tell us every POS across the estate before you commit, because a group carrying two of them is a materially different implementation from a group on one, and that is better known in week zero than week six.

How long is rollout across twelve sites?

Most groups start with two or three, prove the numbers reconcile against their POS and their accountant, then add the rest. The gating task is POS employee mapping, not configuration.

Twenty minutes, your estate

We rank your locations on prime cost live and you decide whether the gap is worth closing.
