What we collect when you use this website or the Nexora platform, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Nexora Advisory, 24175 Northwestern Highway, Southfield, MI 48075, USA. For any question about this policy or about data we hold, write to meetus@nexoraadvisory.com.
What this website collects
If you submit the demo form, we receive the name, work email, brand, location count and message you type into it. We use that solely to reply to you and to arrange a demo. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing sequence you did not ask for.
Your browser stores one preference locally — your light or dark theme choice. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser's request to that service exposes your IP address to Google under their own terms.
What the Nexora platform collects
For customers, the platform processes the operating data you connect to it: sales and order data from your point of sale, hours and wage data from payroll and timeclock systems, invoice and inventory data from vendors, and the account details of users you invite. We process this as a service provider, on your instructions, to deliver the product.
Employee-level data inside the platform is visible only to users whose role grants access to the store it belongs to. Access scope is set on the role, not the person.
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, so we have context if you come back. Customer operating data is retained for the life of the agreement and deleted on request after it ends.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to meetus@nexoraadvisory.com and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, and nothing here limits them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, for customers, notify the account owner directly.
Note for the site owner. This page states plainly what the site and product actually do. It is not a substitute for review by your own counsel before launch, particularly on state privacy statutes that may apply to your customers.
